摘要： PURPOSE: A livestock by-product treatment apparatus is provided to reduce air and soil pollution by not incinerating and burying by-products generated from a livestock shed and a poultry farm, to obtain high-quality organic matter compost, and to prevent a heat loss due to an insulation wall formed on a warm water jacket. CONSTITUTION: A livestock by-product treatment apparatus comprises a reactor tank(10), a mixing unit(20), a drive unit(30), an air supply unit(40) a hot-water supply and circulation unit(50) and a discharge unit(60). The air supply unit supplies air to the inside of the reactor tank. The hot-water supply and circulation unit supplies warm water to the lower part of the reactor tank to be surrounded by the warm water. The discharge unit discharges the gas generated in the reactor tank. The reactor tank is divided by a partition wall(15) into a first reactor tank(13) on one side and a second reactor tank(14) on the other side. A warm water jacket(17) wrapped around by an insulation wall(16) is provided on the lower part of the first and the second reactor tank. A fluid path through hole(151) is formed on the partition wall. An opening and closing door unit(18) is combined to the fluid path through hole. A screw shaft(182) is rotatably and uprightly connected to the upper part of a semi circular door panel(181) with the open lower part in the opening and closing door unit. A handle(183) is connected to the upper part of the screw shaft. The screw shaft is screw-connected to a screw shaft guide(184) provided on a partition wall.

摘要： The present invention relates to an organic waste treatment apparatus having an air supply part and, in particular, to an air supply part of an organic waste treatment apparatus in which by-products such as killed livestock and chickens generated from a livestock farm and a poultry farm are mixed with microorganisms, aerobic microorganisms, chaff and sawdust, and injected into a reaction tank; high-quality organic compost can be obtained by churning the injected mixture in the reaction tank at a specific temperature; fermentation capability in the reaction tank is improved to prevent the pollution of the natural environment by using both of a method of supplying high-pressure air to the bottom of the reaction tank through a compressor and a method of adopting an air supply part for forming an air supply pipe able to be installed selectively on a top, a side surface and a bottom surface thereof; and the air supply part for supplying air from a bottom surface and a side surface has a guide plate for preventing the phenomenon of clogging a supply hole formed to facilitate air supply.
