A method for preparing an unsaturated carboxylic acid and nitrile comprises the steps of reacting an alkane with oxygen, ammonia or a gas containing oxygen and ammonia in the presence of an oxidation catalyst to the product containing a saturated carboxylic acid or nitrile of certain concentration which contains at least one kind of unsaturated carboxylic acid or nitrile and the sulfur impurities; and performing ammoxidation of the alkane into an unsaturated carboxylic acid or nitrile with reducing the concentration of the sulfur impurities by absorption.

摘要： A process for extending the lifetime of a mixed metal oxide catalyst and a mixed metal oxide catalyst having the lifetime extended by the process are provided to regenerate a mixed metal oxide as a catalyst which reduces the catalyst aging by contacting the mixed metal oxide with an oxidizing gas, and form the regenerated catalyst by selectively enriching or poisoning the mixed metal oxide and passing the catalyst through a regenerator. A process for extending the lifetime of a mixed metal oxide catalyst comprises the steps of: (a) providing a mixed metal oxide catalyst having the empirical formula AaVbMcXdOe, where A is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Mo and W, M is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Te and Se, and X is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Nb, Ta, Ti, Al, Zr, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ru, Co, Rh, Ni, Pt, Bi, In, Ce, As, Ge, Sn, Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, Fr, Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Ra, Hf, Pb, Pm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Au, Ag, Re, Pr, Zn, Ga, Pd, Ir, Nd, Y, Sm, Tb, Cu and Sc, wherein A, V, M and X are present in such amounts that the atomic ratio of A:V:M:X is a:b:c:d, and when a=1, b=0.1 to 2, c=0.1 to 1, d=0.01 to 1 and e is dependent on the oxidation state of the rest elements; and (b) reversing the flow direction of reactants in a state of contacting with the mixed metal oxide catalyst through the reactor. The flow direction is reversed periodically.

摘要： A method for converting propane to propene is provided to consume low energy by performing catalyst conversion of propane to propene in the presence of carbon dioxide and applying a catalytic system capable of absorbing heat and dehydrating water. A method for converting propane to propene comprises the steps of: (i) contacting propane feed stream and carbon dioxide with a silica chrome catalyst composition; and (ii) converting propane to propene in the presence of carbon dioxide and silica chrome catalyst composition. The propane feed stream comprises the propane. The silica chrome catalyst composition includes a carrier component including porous silica; and a catalyst component including chrome oxide present in the amount of at least 2-15 weight% calculated as an equivalent wedight to the weight of porous silica.
