    • The present invention relates to an output control or voltage control method for an electric load device using a power output terminal (16). The output control or voltage control is done through pulse width modulation (PWM) with a settable duty coefficient. The cycle of the pulse width modulation includes a switch-on region, a switch-off region, and two edge regions. In addition, voltage variation in the electric load device is detected; the actual valid voltage of the electric load device due to the detected voltage variation is calculated; the actual valid voltage is compared to the pre-defined set valid voltage; and the duty coefficient of the pulse width modulation is changed in a way that the actual valid voltage corresponds to the pre-defined set valid voltage. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a device for performing the output control or voltage control method. The output control or voltage control method and the device thereof enable the accurate output control or voltage control of an electric load device through the pulse width modulation, in particular, under a small duty coefficient condition.
