摘要： PURPOSE: A rubber mixture containing silica gel and its preparation method are provided, to improve the mechanical properties and the dynamical mechanical properties by adding an organic silicon compound to the rubber mixture. CONSTITUTION: The rubber mixture containing silica gel comprises 10-20 parts by weight of at least one oligomer-type polydiene which has a silane substituent represented by the formula: R1R2R3Si-X-QH-Y-Z- and shows a (thio)urethane group and/or a urea group or an amide group by modification reaction; 100 parts by weight of at least one rubber containing a double bond; and 50-90 parts by weight of at least one silicon-containing filler. In the formula, R1, R2 and R3 are independent each other and are an alkyl group of C1-C18 (preferably an alkyl group of C1-C5), an alkoxy group of C1-C8 (preferably an alkoxy group of C1-C5), a phenyl or phenoxy group of C6-C12 (preferably a phenyl or phenoxy group of C6), an alkylaryl or alkylaryloxy group of C7-C18, and at least one among R1, R2 and R3 is an alkoxy group, a phenoxy group or an alkylaryloxy group; X is a linear, branched or cyclic, arbitrarily unsaturated alkylene group of C1-12, and preferably a linear saturated alkylene group of C1-C6; Q is S or NH; Y is C=O or CH2-CH-(OH)-; and Z is O, NH or X.

摘要： PURPOSE: Provided are novel organic silicon networks, their production process and use in silicagel-containing rubber compounds and vulcanizates manufactured from them. An improvement in mechanical and dynamic properties is achieved by adding organic silicon compounds to silicagel-containing rubber compounds. CONSTITUTION: The network comprises esters of one or more unsaturated aromatic or aliphatic hydroxycarboxylic acids and one or more aromatic or aliphatic polyols, and is crosslinked with sulfur bridges, wherein it comprises a sulfur content in the range from 0.2 wt. % to 17%, and wherein a) the hydroxycarboxylic acid(s) each comprise 1, 2 or 3 olefinic double bonds and hydroxyl groups or hydroxyl and isocyanate groups; b) the polyol component(s) each comprise 1 to 6 carbon atoms and 1 to 6 hydroxyl groups and optionally isocyanate groups; c) the network comprises (thio)urethane or urea substituents, which in turn have one or more terminal silane substituents according to formula (I) of R¬1R¬2R¬3Si-X-(thio)urethane/urea group. In formula (I) R¬1, R¬2, R¬3 are the same or different and denote C1-C18 alkyl or C1-C18 alkoxy and X represents linear, branched or cyclic, optionally unsaturated C1-C12 alkylene radicals.
