摘要： Disclosed is a pipette tip for an electroporation device which does not include a separate plunger and independently performs electroporation. The electroporation device comprises: a pulse generator which generates an electric pulse; a reservoir containing samples; a pipette which has one side electrically connected with the pulse generator and maintains a pressure for absorbing the samples; and a pipette tip which has one end inserted into the end of the pipette and the other end inserted into the reservoir containing the samples so as to come in contact with the samples. The pipette tip comprises: a coupling unit which is inserted and coupled into the end of the pipette and has a through-hole in order to be connected with the pipette; an extending unit which has a through-hole so as to contact the samples in order to be absorbed therein and is formed to extend along a height direction; and a connecting unit which is equipped between the coupling unit and the extending unit, has a through-hole formed therein in order to be connected with the through-hole of the coupling unit and the through-hole of the extending unit, and applies electricity to the samples. A separate plunger for applying electricity to the samples is not equipped, and electroporation is performed by applying electricity to the sample using the pipette tip. Accordingly, the structure of the device can be simplified, so that production costs can be reduced and electroporation can be easily performed.

摘要： Disclosed is a pipette tip for an electroporation device which is capable of electroporating using only a pipette tip without equipping with a separate plunger. The present invention relates to the pipette tip for an electroporation device which comprises: a pulse generator which produces electric pulses; a reservoir in which samples are contained; a pipette in which one side is electrically connected to the pulse generator, and which maintains pressure to absorb the samples; and a pipette tip in which one end is inserted and combined with the end part of the pipette and the other end is dipped into the reservoir in which the samples are contained in order to be contacted with the samples. The pipette tip comprises: a combination unit which is inserted and combined with the end part of the pipette in which hollowness is formed to be connected to the pipette; an extension unit in which hollowness is formed for the samples to be absorbed into the inside by being contacted with the samples, and which is extended and formed along the height direction; and a connection unit which is formed between the combination unit and the extension unit, and in which hollowness is formed inside in order to connect the hollowness of the combination unit to the hollowness of the combination unit. The pipette tip for the electroporation device is capable of electroporating by applying electrode to samples using the pipette tip without equipping with the separate plunger which applies electrode to the samples so that the structure of the device can be simpler and manufacturing costs can be reduced and electroporation can be easily performed.
