    • PURPOSE: A monitoring device of thermal stress in a thermoelectric power station and its method are provided to improve the safety, the reliability and the life length by monitoring the thermal stress and system stress at real time. CONSTITUTION: A monitoring device of thermal stress comprises many temperature sensors(100) to measure temperature; many pressure sensors(200) to measure pressure of main components; instrumentation devices(300) to collect analog operation data, to convert to digital data and to transmit to a client system(400); the client system(400) to transmit digital operation data to a server system(500) at real time; the server system(500) to calculate stress of the main components and to display the calculated data to an operator by receiving the digital operation data. Thereby, the stress and a remained life length of a power station are offered to the operator at real time.
    • 目的:提供热电站热应力监测装置及其方法,通过实时监测热应力和系统应力,提高安全性,可靠性和寿命长度。 构成:热应力监测装置包括许多用于测量温度的温度传感器(100) 许多压力传感器(200)用于测量主要部件的压力; 仪表设备(300),用于收集模拟操作数据,转换成数字数据并传送到客户端系统(400); 所述客户端系统(400)将数字操作数据实时地传送到服务器系统(500); 服务器系统(500),用于计算主要部件的应力并通过接收数字操作数据将计算出的数据显示给操作者。 因此,实时地向操作者提供电站的应力和剩余寿命。
