    • 본발명은칩 컨베이어를이용한유수분리장치를개시한다. 상기칩 컨베이어를이용한유수분리장치는, 기계본체의외부로칩(chip)을운반하되일부분은쿨런트탱크(coolant tank) 내에침지되고나머지부분은상기쿨런트탱크의외부로노출되는벨트를구비하는칩 컨베이어(chip conveyor); 상기칩 컨베이어를지지하는바디에결합되며, 선단부가상기칩 컨베이어의벨트에접촉되어상기벨트에점착되어이송되는절삭유와오일을상기벨트로부터분리시키는스크레이퍼(scraper); 상기스크레이퍼의주변에배치되며, 상기스크레이퍼에의해상기벨트로부터분리되는상기절삭유와상기오일을비중차에의해분리시키는오일세퍼레이터(oil separator); 및상기오일세퍼레이터에서분리된웨이스트오일(waste oil)이축적되는웨이스트오일팬(waste oil pan)을포함한다. 본발명은공작기계에사용되는오일의원활한배출을유도하여절삭유의사용수명을연장시키거나재활용할수 있을뿐만아니라유수분리기능을부가함으로써대량의오일처리능력을확보할수 있으며, 무엇보다도모터(motor) 등의추가에따른부가적인비용없이도컨베이어구성으로간단하고단순하게설치할수 있어공정상로스(loss) 발생을감소시킬수 있다.

    • PURPOSE: An oil water separation device using a chip conveyor is provided to reduce processing losses and to be simply installed without additional costs. CONSTITUTION: An oil and water separation device using a chip conveyor comprises the chip conveyor(140), an oil separator(150), and a waste oil pan(160). The chip conveyor transports chips outside a device body. One part of the chip conveyor is dipped in a coolant tank, and the other part of the chip conveyor is exposed to outside the coolant tank. The leading end of a scraper contacts with the belt(170) of the chip conveyor, is stuck to the belt and cutting oil, and separates oil stuck on the belt and transferred from the belt. The oil separator separates the cutting oil and oil by the difference of specific gravity. The waste oil pan stores waste oil separated from the oil separator.

    • The present invention provides an attachment with an improved structure. The attachment comprises a coupling unit, which receives torque by being coupled to a main spindle; and a processing unit, which delivers the torque delivered to the coupling unit to a tool to be orthogonal to the tool by clamping the tool. The coupling unit comprises a stud, which is clamped with the main spindle; a coupling guide unit, which accommodates the stud and is coupled to and fixed to the main spindle, and which receives torque from the main spindle; an upper curvic-coupling, which is coupled with the coupling guide unit and rotates along with the coupling guide unit; a cylinder unit, which moves upwards and downwards along the outer circumferential surface of the coupling guide unit by hydraulic pressure; a shaft unit, which moves upwards and downwards by being coupled with the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder unit and delivers torque to the processing unit; and a lower curvic-coupling, which is coupled with the shaft so that the shaft unit can deliver torque to the shaft unit by being coupled with the upper curvic-coupling when the shaft unit moves upwards and downwards.
