    • PURPOSE: A vibration control unit and a vibration control body are provided to support the object stably by restricting fluctuation of natural frequency in spite of lowering horizontal natural frequency and changing load. CONSTITUTION: A vibration control unit in which a rolling element having a first curved surface that is a convex surface is interposed between first and second members, and the rolling element is rolled with respect to the first member in the first curved surface thereof. The rolling element is composed of a second curved surface that faces the first curved surface and is formed of a curved surface center different from the center of the first curved surface. As the rolling element, resulting from additional force applied on the first and second curved surfaces, rolls with respect to the first member, the second member vibrates with restoring force determined based on the average curvature radius of the first and second curved surfaces of the rolling element and the distance between curved surface centers of the first and second curved surfaces.
