    • PURPOSE: An optical film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve productivity by omitting a removal process of a protective film in a manufacturing process of a backlight unit. CONSTITUTION: A lens type function layer is formed to a surface of an optical film. A top sheet is attached to a top part of the lens type function layer of the optical film. An adhesive interface(600) is formed by attaching the top sheet to a top part of the lens type function layer. An air layer(500) is formed to a bottom part of the top sheet and a top part of the lens type function layer except for the adhesive interface. A minute cavity part(130) for protecting the optical film is formed to a rear surface or a surface of the optical film, and has scratch resistance. The lens type function layer has a prism shape. A pitch of the prism is 150~230um. A height of the prism is 70~120um.

    • A non-oriented optical reflection sheet having high-whiteness and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a manufacturing process by optimizing resin characteristics. A non-oriented optical reflection sheet includes a core layer(A) and a skin layer(B). The core layer includes a composition having a resin component selected from a polycarbonate rein or a blend resin, which contains the polycarbonate resin and at least one or more copolyester-based resin, white inorganic particles, and one or more fluorescent brightener. The skin layer is formed on both sides of the core layer. The skin layer includes a resin component, a core layer composition, and a composition including the resin composition and silicon particles.
