    • PURPOSE: A LED lamp saving type diffuser plate is provided to improve brightness and uniformity with the less number of LED lamps than existing LED lamps. CONSTITUTION: A base material layer(120) has a light receiving surface for receiving light. A pattern layer(110) having multiple quadrangular pyramid shapes is formed in one surface of the base material layer. The multiple quadrangular pyramid shapes are closely arranged. The quadrangular pyramid shape has a bottom surface having a square shape of which one side is 30-300 micro meters in length and a side surface having a regular triangle shape. An apex angle of the quadrangular pyramid shape is rounded to have the radius of curvature. The distribution of a brightness value in a diffuser plate is 2A=B and 2A'=B.

    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an optical film with improved brightness and an optical film manufactured thereby are provided to form a coating layer of constant thickness and maintain sharpness, thereby obtaining better hardness than an existing optical film and improved brightness.     • PURPOSE: A display substrate for touch screens is provided to act as a barrier which prevents the dispersion of moisture and oxygen from the outside, thereby maintaining product performance and lengthening the life span. CONSTITUTION: An electrode layer (120) is attached to the bottom of thin glass (110) and a support (130) is laminated under the electrode layer. The thin glass is made of silicate glass which is 10 - 400 micrometer thick chemically strengthened glass. The chemically strengthened glass produces compressive stress on the glass surface layer by ion exchange. The chemically strengthened glass is manufactured by the steps of: treating the chemically strengthened glass by soaking in an alkali salt melt containing ions, and keeping the chemically strengthened glass at a temperature of at least 50-70 °C higher than that of the soaking solution for 10-20 minutes.
