    • A cable winding bobbin is provided to absorb external shock by forming a plurality of reinforcing members along a frame and a rib inside the frame. A cable winding bobbin includes a cylindrical rotary shaft(54), a frame(52a), a plurality of support bars(46), and a rib. The cylindrical rotary shaft is protruded from an inner surface of a fixing plate(40) to be coupled with a rotating body as a part of the bobbin and has a hollow inner surface. The frame has a size corresponding to a half of a side surface of a packaging assembly to contain the bobbin. The support bars are radially formed from the rotary shaft and integrally connect the frame and the rotary shaft. The rib is integrally connected to the support bars and the frame in a T shape.

    • PURPOSE: A tilting device of a solar cell panel is provided to streamline a series of processes according to the angle adjustment of a solar cell panel by minimizing the radius rotation of a solar cell panel. CONSTITUTION: Column members(10) are fixed on a holder of a solar power generation place. The slope control board is formed on a leg part of the column member. Each rotating member(20) is rotated according to a rotating unit combined with the upper end of the column member. A mounting member(30) is loaded on the upper side of the rotating member. The solar cell panel(50) is mounted on the mounting member. An adjusting element(40) is combined between the rotating member and the column member. The adjusting element controls the angle of inclination of the solar cell panel through the slope control board. The central axis of the rotating member is inserted into the rotating unit.
