    • PURPOSE: Non-woven fabric containing charcoal is provided to have excellent odor removing ability and air-permeability, thereby using as shoe insole or vehicle interior. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a non-woven fabric containing charcoal comprises: a step of manufacturing liquid type M/B(Melt-Blown) by mixing charcoal, an antimicrobial agent and a polymer; a step of surface treating the polymer by pulling single fiber by mixing liquid M/B; a step of sponging the raw cotton of the surface treated polymer by uniformly mixing two times and supplying uniform amount of the raw cotton; a step of modifying the fiber to thin-film web-stated fiber structure of each fiber sate through a brushing and a moving operation; and a step of combining fiber by melting the raw cotton by two hot rolls, and winding the same to roll state. As the charcoal, 1-5% of oak white charcoal is used. As the antimicrobial, 0.1-1.0 % of a nano compound of Zn, Ag, Cu or Mn is used.
