    • An outdoor temperature sensing-type cooling and heating apparatus according to the present invention comprises a compressor (110) compressing and discharging a refrigerant; a load side heat exchanger (120) connected to the compressor (110) and a first refrigerant main pipe (210); a liquid receiver (140) connected to the load side heat exchanger (120) and a second refrigerant main pipe (220), and storing the liquefied refrigerant; a water tank (130) housing the liquid receiver (140); a water tank heat exchange part (150) arranged in the water tank (130), and connected to the liquid receiver (140) and a third refrigerant main pipe (230); a latent heat exchanger (160) connected to the water tank heat exchange part (150) and a fourth refrigerant main pipe (240); a control part electrically connected to the latent heat exchanger (160); and an outdoor temperature sensing unit (170) connected to the control part, wherein the control part selectively control the heat storage function or the cold storage function of the latent heat exchanger (160) through the sensing of outdoor temperature sensed by the outdoor temperature sensing unit (170). According to the present invention, the outdoor temperature sensing-type cooling and heating apparatus is capable of performing cooling and heating by the single flow of the refrigerant, thereby simplifying the structure of the outdoor temperature sensing-type cooling and heating apparatus. In addition, the outdoor temperature sensing-type cooling and heating apparatus is capable of storing heat by recovering and storing remaining heat from a load side, thereby reducing energy consumption of operating the system.

    • According to the present invention, a system for calculating a greenhouse framework ratio comprises: an imaging unit for photographing the ceiling of a greenhouse; an image converting unit for converting an image taken by the imaging unit into unit pixels; an image processing unit for obtaining a color distance of each unit pixel of the image which is converted into the unit pixels by the image converting unit; an image adjusting unit for converting the image into a black and white image in response to the color distance obtained by the image processing unit; and an operation unit for dividing, by the total pixel number, the number of black pixels adjusted by the image adjusting unit to calculate a framework ratio. According to the present invention, the system and the method for the same can calculate a framework ratio corresponding to the area of shadow caused by the frame of the greenhouse with the amount of light incoming to the inside of the greenhouse, thereby analyzing a light environment within the greenhouse more accurately.
