A manager monitors the storing conditions of the cryogenic refrigerator through a telephone line and alarms a user of abnormality of the refrigerator by calling up on the phone from the control unit if the refrigerator is broken. Thereby, the manager takes prompt action on emergency to minimize damage of agricultural products in the refrigerator.
