    • A system for hatching fish eggs with a filtering type sterilizing device is provided to improve the hatching ratio, to solve the problems of the use of chemicals and to be used for indoor high-density production of fresh water fish. A system for hatching fish eggs with a filtering type sterilizing device includes a hatching tank, a fry tank, a water-collecting heating tank, a sterilizing/purifying unit and a moving unit. The fish eggs are hatched in the hatching tank. The hatched fries gather in the fry tank. The water discharged from the fry tank are collected and heated in the water-collecting heating tank. The sterilizing/purifying unit sterilizes and purifies the water that passed through the water-collecting heating tank. The moving unit is installed on a lower end of the system for hatching fish eggs. The hatching tank, the fry tank, and the water-collecting heating tank are made of transparent materials.

    • PURPOSE: Provided are a solution for sterilizing pathogenic bacteria in fish and methods for producing and neutralizing the same. The produced solution for sterilizing pathogenic bacteria in a fish has excellent prevention and treatment effects on fish diseases without adverse side effect on a fish as well as human and an ecosystem. CONSTITUTION: A solution for sterilizing pathogenic bacteria in a fish is characterized by containing diluates of an alkali water and an acidic water obtained by electrohydrolysis of sea water. A method for neutralizing the sterilizing solution is characterized by mixing solutions which individually contain an alkali water and an acidic water.

    • PURPOSE: A vaccine against Streptococcal disease in the fish, a production method of the same, and an administration method thereof by inactivating β-hemolytic Streptococcus iniae JSL0208 are provided, thereby effectively preventing infection of Streptococcus in the fish without administration of antibiotics. CONSTITUTION: The vaccine against Streptococcal disease in the fish is prepared by inactivating β-hemolytic Streptococcus iniae JSL0208 which causes Streptococcal disease in the fish, wherein the concentration of the antigen in the vaccine is 0.25 to 2.0 mg/fish. The method for producing the vaccine against Streptococcal disease in the fish comprises the steps of: isolating and culturing β-hemolytic Streptococcus iniae JSL0208; inactivating the cultured β-hemolytic Streptococcus iniae JSL0208 to obtain the vaccine; and regulating the concentration of the antigen of the vaccine. The method for administering the vaccine against Streptococcal disease in the fish comprises injecting the vaccine against Streptococcal disease in fish into the abdominal cavity of a fish.

    • PURPOSE: A preparation method of probe and probe sequence is provided which is specific for 16S rRNA of E. tarda. CONSTITUTION: PCR primers based on consensus 16S rRNA sequence of eubacteria are used to amplify part of 16S rRNA sequence of E. tarda. PCR product is digested with EcoRI and PstI and cloned into pUC18. Restriction analysis reveals that PstI, HinDIII, and SmaI sites are existed with 16S rRNA specific EcoRI site. Nucleotide sequence of cloned PCR product is determined. Nucleotide sequences of other pathogenic bacteria and E. tarda are compared and E. tarda specific sequence is selected for the probes. One of probe shows sequence similarity with those of Yersinia rocker, Aeromonas sobria, Vibrio angel arum, Vibrio oral, Pasteurella canis, and Staphylococcus epidermis but the other probe does not show any sequence similarity. Multimeric probes having triple repeat of each probes or mixed repeat of each probes are used for slot-blot hybridization. Cross hybridization of one probe is decreased by multimeric probes and sensitivity of multimeric probes is increased.
