The high-early strength type PC-based admixture is mixed with an amine-based high-early strengthening agent. 0.2-2.5 weight% of high-early strength type PC-based admixture is included, based on the weight of the high-early strength type cement. 5-20 weight% of the amine-based high-early strengthening agent is included, based on the weight of the high-early strength type PC-based admixture. 3-5 weight% of anhydrite is included, based on the weight of the high-early strength type cement.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a sound absorbing and insulating material using lightweight foam concrete is provided, which is characterized in that a lightweight aerated concrete, sound-absorbing material, is produced through a high pressure steam curing, and one side of the concrete is coated with mortar, plasters or coaters for insulating sound. CONSTITUTION: The lightweight aerated concrete, a sound-absorbing material(1), is produced by pre-mixing calcareous and siliceous materials, adding a foaming agent and admixtures, molding, drying and steam curing at high temperature and high pressure. The sound-absorbing and insulating material is manufactured by spraying and plastering the concrete, sound-absorbing material, with a sound-insulating material(2) such as mortar, plasters based on cement or coaters based on acryl emulsion and cement to be 5cm of thickness.

    • PURPOSE: A sound absorption type panel is provided to accomplish improvements enabling the panel to be assembled and constructed in a simple method while eliminating the problem of surface corrosion of a metal plate caused by a smoke and dust. CONSTITUTION: A panel comprises a block body(5) having upper and lower ends thereof tilted in a predetermined width, a groove formed between the upper and lower ends, and which is arranged within an I-type beam installed at a predetermined spacing at a road side wall, a protrusion formed in lengthwise direction at an inner surface of the groove so as to support a sound absorption member from the groove, or a rubber plate(3) having a predetermined thickness and which is installed at an inner surface of the groove with a predetermined spacing, and a plurality of sound absorption members(1) arranged at upper and lower inner surface of the groove and which are made up of a porous lightweight cellular concrete for absorbing noise generated from the road side. The sound absorption members are assembled to a metallic rear surface of the panel. The lightweight cellular concrete is obtained by adding a foaming agent to a power consisting of cement, lime and silicate and performing a steam curing or a high temperature high voltage steam curing.
