摘要： PURPOSE: A mobile communication device, a rotary-type input unit including end user replaceable component and an end user replaceable component used for the rotary-type input unit are provided to allow an end user to change an input unit according to his/her preference. CONSTITUTION: A rotary-type input unit(200) includes a rotating unit having a top ring(310) mounted on a bearing module(330) and allows an end user to provide a control input with respect to a controller, an operating system and applications of a mobile phone by rotating the rotating unit. The rotary-type input unit includes a center key(320) positioned at the center of the top ring(310). Additional keys(342) are disposed at equal intervals adjacently to outer circumference of the top ring(310). The additional keys(342) are attached to a round frame member(344) to form a key frame(340). The key frame(340) is attached to a key mat(350). The key mat(350) supports the key frame(340). A PCB unit(360) includes assembly-type domes(362) and electric contact portions positioned below five contact points of the center key(320) and the additional keys(342) of the key frame(340). The top ring(310), the center key(320) and the key frame(340) are individually replaceable.
