摘要： PURPOSE: A composition containing Chinese medicinal herb such as Hongban, Bezoar bovis, Cinnabaris, Armeniacae Semen, Persicae Semen and bees-wax as a main component is provided. It is effective in treating hemorrhoids while minimizing effects on the stomach. CONSTITUTION: The composition for treating hemorrhoids is prepared by the following process consisting of: heating Chinese medicinal herb containing 0.2g Hongban, 2g Bezoar bovis, 1.3g calomel, 2g Cinnabaris, 12g Armeniacae Semen and 12g Persicae Semen to remove toxic components therefrom and relieve the medicinal properties; grinding Hongban, Bezoar bovis, calomel and Cinnabaris; solubilizing 100g bees-wax; extracting Armeniacae Semen and Persicae Semen; mixing bee-wax solutions, powders of Hongban, Bezoar bovis, calomel and Cinnabaris and the extract of Armeniacae Semen and Persicae Semen; and then forming the mixture into a pill.
