摘要： PURPOSE: A method and system for prohibiting fabrication of content selection count is provided to prevent the manipulation of the number of selected times for a content by using terminal identification cookies. CONSTITUTION: A first determining unit(302) receives a content selection request from a user terminal through a user interface. A determining unit(314) determines whether the content selection number is increased or not by using the determination result of the first determining unit. If the first cookie is included in the content selection request, the validity verifier(306) of the first determining unit verifies the validity of the first cookie which is included in the content selection request.
