    • PURPOSE: A current measurement apparatus and a method for measuring a current using the same are provided to measure the current more accurately with a simple circuit configuration. CONSTITUTION: A current transformer(2) is installed in an electric line where a current is flowing. The first digital/analog converter(4) and a bias part(3) make a minute current of a sine wave having a constant frequency flow to the above current transformer. The first analog/digital converter(8) converts a waveform passing through the current transformer into a digital signal. The second analog/digital converter(13) measures a current change on the electric line. A power booster(10) and the second digital/analog converter(11) compensate a magnetic field by making a reverse current flow to the current transformer. A transmitter module(16) transmits a voltage being outputted from the current transformer by a radio frequency communication method. A receiver module(17) receives data transmitted from the transmitter module. A control module(9) analyzes a frequency being outputted from the first analog/digital converter and the second analog/digital converter.
