    • A wastewater treatment system capable of purifying and sterilizing volatile organic compounds using a filter manufactured by immobilizing a photocatalyst onto micro-sized metal fibers and coating nano-sized silver particles on the micro-sized metal fibers is provided. A wastewater treatment system using photocatalyst and nanosilver immobilized metal fiber filter comprises: a pre-treatment filter installed in front of a reactor to remove suspended solids of wastewater; a photocatalytic reactor into which wastewater coming out of the pre-treatment filter flows through a raw water inflow pipe; an ultraviolet lamp(15) installed in the reactor to irradiate ultraviolet rays onto wastewater; a quartz tube(16) for protecting the ultraviolet lamp while the quartz tube does not shut off the ultraviolet rays; upper and lower lamp holders(12,18) for preventing shaking of the quartz tube; supporting plates(14) for preventing an upward movement of metal fibers with a diameter of 1 to 1,000 mum according to flows of wastewater and gas; O-rings(13) for fixing the supporting plates; and a gas distribution plate(17) for uniformly supplying gas flown in through a gas inflow pipe into the reactor.

    • 본 발명은 TiO2 광촉매 담체를 이용한 대용량 폐수처리 장치에 한 것으로, 좀더 자세하게는 기존의 입자사이즈 200 ∼ 1,000 ㎛이며, 비중이 0.5 ∼ 1.5의 유동상 광촉매를 사용함에 있어서, 대용량 폐수처리에 적용할 경우 수중내에서 공기의 분사로 유동을 하면서 광촉매의 광분해 효과를 이용하고 있으나, 처리 유속에 따른 반응기 유출부 방향으로 유동상 광촉매의 몰림현상이 발생하여, 반응기내의 압력강하가 높아지면서, 처리수의 유출 흐름을 방해하게 되며, 이에 반응기 내의 유동상 광촉매는 원활한 유동이 이루어질 수 없으므로, 광촉매의 광분해 효율이 급격히 저하되어, 대용량 산업현장 폐수처리 적용이 불가능하였다. 본 발명의 개량된 유동상 광촉매를 이용한 폐수처리 장치는 원통형 반응기 전체표면이 메쉬(mesh)로 이루어져 있어, 처리수의 원활한 유출을 이룰 수 있으며, 메쉬로 이루어진 메쉬반응기는 회전모터에 의해 회전을 할 수 있으므로, 메쉬반응기 내에서는 격렬한 난류발생과 반응기내 중심축과 직각방향으로 원심력의 발생으로 유동상 광촉매의 원활한 유동현상을 발생시킬 수 있는 대용량 폐수처리 장치에 관한 것이다.

    • A manufacturing method of metal fiber to which photocatalytic particles and nanosilver particles are immobilized so that the metal fiber is usefully used when removing volatile organic compounds and bacteria in wastewater or purified water treatment, or air purification is provided. A manufacturing method of metal fiber to which photocatalyst and nanosilver are immobilized comprises: a first step of dip coating or spray coating a metal fiber that is made of SUS304 stainless steel and has an outer diameter of 1 to 1,000 mum with a polycarbosilane solution, and drying and firing the polycarbosilane solution coated metal fiber; a second step of dip coating or spray coating the metal fiber of the first step with a photocatalytic solution, and drying the photocatalytic solution coated metal fiber; a third step of dip coating or spray coating the metal fiber of the second step with a nanosilver solution, and drying the nanosilver solution coated metal fiber; and a fourth step of drying the metal fiber of the second step or the third step at 50 to 250 deg.C for 4 to 200 deg.C so that photocatalyst and nanosilver are floated on the surface of the metal fiber, and firing the metal fiber at 400 deg.C for 4 hours or more.
