CONSTITUTION: A continuous sensing device of the pyroelectric infrared sensor includes a lower plate(44) having an infrared sensor(1) at the center, a first lever(50), a bimorph(41), a central plate(46), a second lever(60) and an upper plate. The first lever is rotatably mounted on the lower plate and has a round projection(52) and a round protrusion(53) formed at both ends. The round projection of the first lever is mounted between the bimorph and a spring(42), and a side of the bimorph is fixed on the lower plate. The central plate is fixed on the upper plate and has a hole(45) formed in an upper portion of the infrared sensor. The second lever is rotatably mounted on the first lever and has a side having an elongated hole(62) for inserting the round protrusion and the other side covering the hole of the central plate. The upper plate is mounted on an upper portion of the central plate. A lens is mounted inside a cylinder at an upper portion of the hole of the upper plate.

An elastic spring(65) forces an elastic force to the piezoelectric actuator(20) in an opposite direction of the insulating guide plate(44). A dc voltage is applied to the piezoelectric actuator(20), and points of contact(61,62) are connected in series to filament terminals(13,15) of a fluorescent lamp.
