摘要： PURPOSE: Provided is a garbage fermentation method for producing bio fertilizer from garbage using anaerobic microorganism doing photosynthesis. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of dehydrating garbage to have 60% or less moisture, removing foreign matters, crushing the dehydrated garbage, mixing the crushed garbage with waste noodle, waste bread, rice bran or rice hull for lowering moisture content to 40-45% and salinity of the garbage, adding anaerobic microorganism doing photosynthesis to the low salinity garbage by 2±0.5 wt%, storing mixture of the low salinity garbage and the microorganism in a fermentation tank for 7-15 days under anaerobic condition while keeping temperature of the tank at 30-45°C, drying the mixture at low temperature, and sealed packing the dried mixture.
