摘要： PURPOSE: A judo training and measuring apparatus is provided, which can measure pushing or pulling power by a training player on a real time basis. CONSTITUTION: A judo training and measuring apparatus includes an upper body part, a lower body part, a lumbar region, and a height adjusting part. The upper body part(10) has the form and joint which are similar to the upper body of a man. The lower body part(30) has the form and joint which are similar to the lower body of a man. The lumbar region(20) is arranged between the upper body part and lower body part and is formed to move upward, downward, backward, and forward. The height adjusting part is connected to the lumbar region and to be mobile to the top and bottom.
