    • The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for an environment-friendly SCS concrete composition using steel furnace slag and coal dust which are industrial byproducts. The manufacturing method comprises: an aging step of aging converter steel furnace slag so that the volume expansion rate of the converter steel furnace slag is less than 0.2%; and a mixture manufacturing step of mixing 42-52 wt% of thick aggregates (particle diameter:8-25 mm) including the aged converter steel furnace slag, 16-30 wt% of thin aggregates (particle diameter:0-8 mm) including coal dust, 10-17 wt% of cement, 5-10 wt% of water, 1-4 wt% of silicon dioxide and 0.1-0.4 wt% of polycarboxylate admixture. The manufacturing method for a SCS concrete composition is economical according to resource recycle effects and the reduction of transport charge by using reusable materials, is environmental-friendly since the composition does not use natural aggregates, retreats waste materials, contributes to global warming by facilitating the photosynthesis of sea plants and land plants, increasing plant biomass and increasing CO2 absorption volume, improves water quality when the composition is used in sea and river and is able to be used to plain concrete, ferroconcrete and high intensity lightweight concrete.
