摘要： PURPOSE: A process of producing hydroxyapatite/chitosan composite fiber for nonwoven and the hydroxyapatite/chitosan composite fiber for nonwoven fabric produced thereby are provided to minimize falling phenomenons due to the carding fiber cutting. CONSTITUTION: A process of producing hydroxyapatite/chitosan composite fiber for nonwoven includes the following steps of: preparing spinning liquid consisting of organic acid calcium of 0.5~10 weight%, chitosan of 2~10 weight%, organic aid of 1~5 weight% and remaining water; spinning the spinning liquid to coagulant liquid consisting of dehydrate of 3~5 weight%, phosphoric acid or phosphate of 1~10 weight% and water; spinning the spun fiber to first spinning liquid; spinning the spun fiber in second spinning liquid consisting of the dihydrate of 1~5 weight%, the phosphoric acid or the phosphate of 10~20 weight%, and the water; and performing a drying and an oiling process.
