    • PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for purifying contaminated soil are provided to effectively purify the contaminated soil by treating bioemulsifier and organic compound emulsifier having superior oil desorption and decomposition efficiencies along with the contaminated water when injecting contaminated water passing through bioreactor into soil again. CONSTITUTION: The method for purifying contaminated soil comprises the processes of primarily treating contaminated water extracted from contaminated soil in a bioreactor; secondly treating the first treated water by supplying one or more of emulsifiers selected from oil decomposition microorganisms, emulsifier produced by the oil decomposition microorganisms and emulsifier of organic compound components to the first treated water; purifying soil of underground by injecting the secondly treated water into the contaminated soil again; and repeating the above processes after extracting the secondly treated water injected contaminated soil to the ground surface. The apparatus for purifying contaminated soil comprises a contaminated water inflow part(1) connected to the ground surface from underground; a bioreactor(2) connected to the inflow part to primarily purify the contaminated water flown in; an emulsifier injection part(3) installed in rear of the bioreactor and connected to the discharge part to supply an emulsifier to treated water; a discharge part connected to the bioreactor and the emulsifier injection part to inject the emulsifier injected treated water into underground; and an outer protection facility(5) for surrounding the above parts.
