A threshold fluctuating apparatus comprises a door, a horizontally moving member(2), a fixing member(3), a plurality of vertically sliding members(4), and a lift member(9). The door is fixed to a door frame through hinges, having a partition therein. Installed at the bottom inside of the door, the horizontally moving member is slid horizontally by a horizontal spring(6), which is installed at one end of the horizontally moving member. The other end of the horizontally moving member is interfered with a door frame when the door is closed. The fixing member supports the horizontally moving member on a bottom such that the horizontally moving member slides horizontally, separated from the bottom. The vertically sliding members protrude out of the bottom of the door at regular intervals, and reciprocate vertically according to the horizontal movement of the horizontally moving member. The lift member is separated from the bottom of the door and moved vertically by the vertically sliding members, thereby closing the clearance between a floor and the door.
