    • PURPOSE: An emulsion cosmetic containing polyoxypropylene-polyoxyethylene vitamin E as an emulsifying agent is provided which is stable, has no skin irritation, has an excellent skin softening, skin moisturizing and skin elastic effects and excellent spreadability while inhibiting erythema generation and melanin formation induced by UV. CONSTITUTION: This low viscosity oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic composition contains 0.1 to 30% by weight of polyoxypropylene-polyoxyethylene vitamin E of the formula 1, wherein R1 is -(O-CH2CH2)m-, m is an integer from 0 to 350, R2 is (H((OCH)CH3)2)n-, n is an integer from 1 to 250, A is -CH2CH(CH3)- or -CH(CH3)C-, B is CH3 of a 5-, 7- or 8-position of vitamin E, p is 1 to 3.

    • PURPOSE: A polyoxyethylene(POE)-polyoxypropylene(POP) vitamin E is provided, which shows strengthened hydrophobicity of vitamin E(formula) by adding POP, and shows better surfactant effect by adding POE, then improves degradation-stabilizing degree of ethylene oxide(EO) in POE, so enhances oxidization-stability and makes each molecules cannot being penetrated into skin to show good skin safety and anti-oxidant effect. CONSTITUTION: A process for the preparation of polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene vitamin E comprises: pouring synthetic vitamin E(dl α-tocopherol) into a stainless steel autoclave; adding CH3ONa, and dehydarting for 30minutes while heating to 78deg.C(vacuum degree is 750mmHg); reacting with propylene oxide(PO) for 7hrs at 155-160deg.C to get liquid reactant(POP vitamin E); adding methoxy natrium, and pressure-pouring EO and reacting for 7hrs at 160-165deg.C while stirring; removing unreacted PO, EO and 1,4-dioxane, cooling to 50deg.C, and neutralizing alkali ingredient by adding citric acid; removing unreacted vitamin E with toluene, and refining with cephadex LH-50 column chromatography to get POE-POP vitamin E.
    • 目的:提供聚氧乙烯(POE) - 聚氧丙烯(POP)维生素E,通过加入POP显示出维生素E(配方)的疏水性增强,并通过加入POE显示更好的表面活性剂效果,提高环氧乙烷的降解稳定度( EO),因此提高了氧化稳定性,使每个分子不能渗入皮肤,表现出良好的皮肤安全性和抗氧化作用。 构成:制备聚氧乙烯 - 聚氧丙烯维生素E的方法包括:将合成维生素E(dlα-生育酚)倒入不锈钢高压釜中; 加入CH3ONa,脱水30分钟,同时加热至78℃(真空度为750mmHg); 与环氧丙烷(PO)反应,在155-160℃下反应7小时,得到液体反应物(POP维生素E); 加入甲氧基钠和加压注入EO,搅拌下在160-165℃下反应7小时; 除去未反应的PO,EO和1,4-二恶烷,冷却至50℃,加入柠檬酸中和碱成分; 用甲苯除去未反应的维生素E,并用cephadex LH-50柱色谱法精制得到POE-POP维生素E.

    • PURPOSE: Polyoxypropylenepolyoxyethylene vitamin E, an amphipathic substance, is provided which has good detergency and safety for skin by given hydrophobic group. CONSTITUTION: Polyoxypropylenepolyoxyethylene vitamin E represented by formula (I) is obtained by polyepoxylation and polypropoxylation of Vitamin E, wherein polyoxypropylene hydrophobic group with an appropriate length is given to OH terminal of Vitamin E by additional polymerization of ethyleneoxide, and followed by additional polymerization of propyleneoxide. In the formula (I), R1 is -(OCH2CH2)m-; R2 is H(O-CH2(CH3)CH)n-; m is an integer of 2-150; n is an integer of 1-100; A is -CH2C(CH3)H- or -C(CH3)H=C-; B is CH3 at 5, 7 or 8 position of vitamin E; P is 1 or 3.
