摘要： PURPOSE: A Forsythiae koreana NAKAI extract, which is useful in treating dermatitis, is provided to suppress epidermal proliferation and to treat and prevent dermatitis, including atopy and psoriasis. CONSTITUTION: A composition for suppressing dermatitis contains Forsythiae koreana NAKAI extract, cetylpamitate, cetanol, stearyl alcohol, myristanisopropyl, monostearin acid sorbitan, polysorbate, paraoxy benzoic acid propyl, paraoxy benzoic acid methyl, phosphoric acid, and purified water. A method for preparing the Forsythiae koreana NAKAI extract comprises: a step of adding 80% of a methanol solution to dried Forsythiae koreana NAKAI and extracting at 70-80°C twice; a step of decompression-concentrating; a step of removing fat and decoloring with n-hexane; a step of dissolving the Forsythiae koreana NAKAI in a 90% methanol solution and maintaining for 24 hours; a step of filtering and concentrating; a step of dissolving partial Forsythiae koreana NAKAI extract in a 10% methanol solution, adding pecting+cellulase and performing hydrolysis at 50-60°C; and a step of decompressing with a rotary vacuum evaporator and concentrating.
