摘要： PURPOSE: A deck for a slab form and a construction method of the slab form using the same are provided to reduce production costs by mass producing base plates and first and second end plates in a factory as a standard, and to improve convenience for transportation and storage by transporting and storing the base plates and the first and second end plates in an assembled state. CONSTITUTION: A deck for a slab form(1) comprises a first end plate(20), a second end plate(30), a base plate(10), a length adjustable plate(40), and a truss girder(50). The base plate is arranged between the first end plate and the second end plate. The length adjustable plate is arranged between the base plate and the second end plate. The truss girder is fixed in the bottom surface of the base plate, the first end plate, the second end plate, and the length adjustable plate by brackets(55). The truss girder simultaneously supports the base plate, the first end plate, the second end plate, and the length adjustable plate.

CONSTITUTION: The structure of a slab form assembly(1) is as follows. Multiple holes(15) are formed in a steel form(10). Multiple truss girders(20) are arranged on the bottom surface(11) of the steel form, and are fixed by multiple fixtures(30). The fixture is composed of a washer and a bolt. Spacers are installed on the top surface of the steel form in order to arrange reinforcing bars.
