The separator primarily pulverizes vinyl and metals from waste. The grinder grinds the separated waste using a plurality of grinding rollers(310). The dehydrator drains leachate using a dehydrating container(410). The storing tank stores the dehydrated waste. The annihilating baths include bad odor removers(680). The dust collector collects dust from the bad odor removers using a collecting pipe(710). The leachate from the dehydrator is introduced into the water collecting path to be stored.

CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the following steps: adds leaf mould to wastewater collecting tank(1); separate the wastewater into water molecule and sludge by high speed separator(2); remove by primary vibrating screen(3) sludge of more than 0.9 mm in diameter contained in sludge that is not separated by high speed separator(2); make molecular movement between water molecules by wavelength at aeration tank(4); separate fine sludge of 0.03-0.05 mm in diameter contained in foreign material that is fallen to pieces at aeration tank(4) by secondary vibrating screen(5); conduct separation of water molecules and suspended matter by finely dividing molecules by a strong head drop; conduct a complete separation of water molecules and suspended matter by enhancing oxygen content; coagulate suspended matter of homogeneity, settle and float to separate at stabilizing tank(8); filter suspended matter again; remove iron containing foreign matter at a 'Z' letter type magnetizing reaction tank(10); remove harmful material and residual color to sterilize by feeding heavy oxygen at low temperature reaction tank(11); and remove residual harmful color.
