摘要： 본 발명은 스프링으로 구성된 회전축의 선단에 연마부가 결합되어 함께 회전함으로써 곡선인 파이프 내부를 자유롭게 이동하며 연마를 행할 수 있는 곡선형 파이프의 내부 연마기에 관한 것이다.
종래의 연마기는 회전축이 직선으로 이루어져 있기 때문에 곡선인 파이프를 연마할 때에는 곡선부분을 일부 절개하여 연마를 한 후 다시 밀봉을 해야 하는 문제점이 있는데, 이를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명은 회전축의 선단에 연마부가 결합된 파이프의 내부 연마기에 있어서, 상기 연마부의 후측에는 금속재질의 결합부가 구비되어 볼트에 의해 어댑터에 착탈 가능하도록 결합되고, 상기 어댑터의 후측에는 구동모터에 연결된 회전축의 선단이 결합되되, 상기 회전축은 파이프의 내부 곡면을 따라 자유롭게 이동할 수 있도록 금속재 스프링을 압축하여 구성하며, 구부러지더라도 틈새가 벌어지지 않도록 고주파 압착에 의해 밀착된 것을 특징으로 하는 곡선형 파이프의 내부 연마기를 제안한다.
따라서 본 발명은 압축된 스프링으로 회전축을 구성함에 따라 곡선인 파이프의 내부로 자유롭게 이동하는 것이 가능해져 다양한 형상의 곡선형 파이프를 연마할 수 있다. 또한, 회전축의 선단에 결합되는 연마부를 착탈할 수 있도록 구성함으로써 다양한 형상, 크기, 재질 및 거칠기의 연마부를 필요에 따라 교체하여 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

摘要： PURPOSE: A grinder for grinding the inside of a curved pipe is provided to enable to grind the curved pipes of various shapes by freely moving inside the curved pipe and to exchange grinding units of various shapes and roughness as occasion demands. CONSTITUTION: A grinder for grinding the inside of a curved pipe comprises a grinding unit(10) of a stone material, a joint of a metallic material, a rotary shaft, a plurality of bearings, and a tube(50) of a rubber material. The grinding unit is inserted into inside a pipe(1), thereby grinding the inner periphery of the pipe by rotating. The joint is joined to the rear side of the grinding unit and fixed to an adapter by a bolt, thereby attaching or detaching the grinding unit as occasion demands. The rotary shaft is flexible by compressing a metallic spring, freely moved along an inner curved surface of the pipe. The rotary shaft is joined to a rotary shaft of a driving motor and the rear side of the adapter, thereby rotating the adaptor and the grinding unit by driving the motor. The bearing is joined to the outer periphery of the rotary shaft. The tube is joined to the rotary shaft and the outer side of the bearing, thereby preventing the abrasion of the rotary shaft and the bearing caused by the same being closely adhered to the inner periphery of the pipe.
