A method comprises the steps of: a step forming vacuum in the vacuum chamber using the vacuum pump; a step vaporizing water in the vacuum chamber by the electric heater; a step thawing frozen food in the vacuum chamber using condensed latent heat of saturated steam; and a step releasing vacuum by flowing air into the vacuum chamber.

    • PURPOSE: A robot control system is provided to make a low-priced robot control system without additional establishment cost by controlling a robot with existing Internet. CONSTITUTION: Image and voice signals are captured and transmitted to a user system through an Internet by using a web server. An action of a robot is controlled by a robot control signal received through the Internet from the user system. The user system delivers the robot control signal to the web server installed on a robot through the Internet. The robot comprises an image/voice capture device; a web server transmitting the captured image/voice signal to the user system and receiving a robot control signal form the user system; a driving control device moving the robot according to the robot control signal. The robot captures image/voice signals and a user web browser screen is renewed based on the captured signals. Thus, a user inputs a robot control order based on the image/voice data displayed on the web browser screen. The robot control signal is transferred to the robot through the Internet from the user system. Therefore, the action of the robot is controlled by the robot control signal.
