    • PURPOSE: An auxiliary fuel composition prevents separation of water and oil during storage and separation of sand, sludge and rot. CONSTITUTION: A auxiliary fuel composition comprises a liquid waste containing a two-phase (oil and water) component, a cement-containing solid component, and other additives; and a modified material in a predetermined amount to provide reversible thixotropy to the entire of the composition. The composition has a viscosity of 1.48 at 20°C and a chlorine content of less than 3,000 ppm at the heat value of greater than 3,000 kilocalories per kilogram. The composition contains a W/O type emulsion, O/W type emulsion, or multilayer type emulsion of which more than 50% has a diameter in the range from 1 to 10 microns.
