    • PURPOSE: A car coordination controller is provided to install a lever on either side of the slot of a cylindrical cam to move back and forth by applying the cylindrical cam in a coordination controller, thereby freely adjusting the position and angle of the installation of the lever. CONSTITUTION: A car coordination controller comprises a knob (200), a cylindrical cam (300) and a lever (400). The cylindrical cam is installed inside a case (100) in order to be rotatable and connected to the axis of the knob. The cylindrical cam has a slot on the surface. One end of the lever is rotatably fixed. The other end is inserted into the slot of the cylindrical cam and moves back and forth when the cylindrical cam rotates. The lever is installable in a part of the slot formed along the surface of the cylindrical cam. The location for installing the lever and the angle of the lever are adjustable and a back-and-forth motion of the lever is freely adjustable.

    • PURPOSE: An HVAC assembly of a vehicle is provided to remove the need of a console vent cover by employing a structure where the floor ducts and a console vent duct are partitioned off an integrated path by inner barriers at a position close to the floor outlets and a console vent outlet. CONSTITUTION: An HVAC(Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning) assembly of a vehicle comprises an HVAC case(5), floor outlets, a console vent outlet, floor ducts, and a console vent duct(13). The console vent outlet is separately formed between the divided floor outlets. The floor ducts are connected to both the floor outlets, respectively. The console vent duct is connected through between the floor ducts to the console vent outlet and guides the air discharged from the console vent outlet to the bottom. A vent outlet(17) and a defrost outlet(19) are arranged to form an arc cross section close to the floor outlets and the console vent outlet on the top of the HVAC case. A thin film type mode change door with a connection window is contacted and slid on the inner side of the arc cross section to connect inside the HVAC case to the floor outlet, the vent outlet, or the defrost outlet.

    • Disclosed is an air-conditioning apparatus for a vehicle including an air-conditioning housing and a mode door. The air-conditioning housing is provided with an outlet portion for discharging air-conditioned air, and the outlet portion is formed with a defrost vent, a main vent, a pair of floor vents and a rear seat vent in an orderly fashion from the front to the rear. The pair of floor vents is formed at both sides in the rear of the main vent, and the rear seat vent is formed between the floor vents. The mode door is formed in a panel shape and slid at the outlet portion of the air-conditioning housing. A front portion of the mode door is provided with a front opening of a line shape, and a rear portion is provided with a pair of main openings spaced apart from each other at both sides. A distal opening is formed at a rear portion of the space between the main openings.

    • PURPOSE: A double dialing device for a vehicle air conditioning system control is provided to install more than two operation knobs on a single axis with a machinery mode using a gear shaft, internal gear, and cable, thereby improving operation convenience of a user. CONSTITUTION: An input shaft(104) is assembled in the rear part of a first dial(102) as a single body. An input lever is assembled in the back end part of the input shaft perpendicularly. A first input cable(108) is connected in the end of the input lever in order to be able to draw. A second dial is arranged in the outer circumferential part of the first dial. A dial holder comprised of a pin shaft(206) in one end side part is assembled with the rear part of the second dial(202). A first gear(208) is connected to the dial holder in order to be able to be geared. A second input cable(214) is connected in a second gear in order to be able to draw. A first and second mode symbol boards(302,304) are assembled in a front housing(306). A control panel(300) is comprised of a rear housing(308) assembled in the rear part of the front housing by passing the first and second input cable. An illuminating means(400) is installed in a predetermined location in the control panel and illuminates the first and second dial and the first and second mode symbol boards.
