    • PURPOSE: A method for service life time of a robot cable is provided to detect a trouble on the robot cable and to prevent long time pause of a line. CONSTITUTION: A method for service life time of a robot cable comprises followings. A robot is applied(S110). The estimated fragility sites are selected by analyzing operation of the robot cable(S120). The bending stress and torque stress are calculated(S130). Von Mises stress is calculated based on bending stress and torque stress(S140). Mean stress and stress amplitude are calculated from the Von Mises stress spectrum during a cycle of the robot operation(S150). Equivalence alternating stresses are calculated from the mean stress and stress amplitude(S160). Fatigue life of the robot cable is calculated(S170).

A holder alignment measuring apparatus of a spot welding machine includes a jig base(1), a pair of upper laser sensors(17) disposed to make a line formed by a light emitting unit and a light receiving unit be perpendicular to each other so as to inspect alignment of a holder(5) in the upper side of a welding gun(3), a pair of lower laser sensors(13) disposed to make a line formed by a light emitting unit and a light receiving unit be perpendicular to each other so as to inspect alignment of the holder in the lower side of a welding gun, and an alignment determination unit(15) for operating the upper laser sensors and the lower laser sensors and for receiving signals therefrom to determine the alignment of the holders. Since the respective pairs of the laser sensors are disposed to make the lines formed by the light emitting units and the light receiving units be perpendicular to each other, it is possible to determine whether the holder is inclined in which direction.

A spot welding device for welding an object(300) by spot welding includes: a tip(200) that comes in contact with the object to carry out a welding operation; a tube(201) disposed such that the tip is moved up and down in the tube; a rotator(203) disposed such that the tube is rotatable; and a welding arm(205) to which the rotator is fixed. The spot welding device additionally includes an elastic member(207) disposed in the tube to provide elastic force to the tip. The tube has a protrusion(209) formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof to restrict movement of the tip.
