    • The present invention relates to an anchor bolt which is fixed in a hole on a wall even the diameter of the hole is smaller than an external diameter thereof and which is allowed to be inserted into the hole, but not to be pulled out, thereby being securely inserted and fixed in the hole and being not rotated together with a nut when the nut is coupled thereto. The anchor bolt comprises: a wall hole formed by boring a wall; a head (112) having an inclined surface (113) provided on the end part thereof; a bolt (110) provided with a screw thread (111) thereon and inserted in the wall hole; a sleeve (120) which is combined with an external diameter of the anchor bolt (100) and which has a partial cut-out on the circumferential surface thereof; an diameter-expanded projection pressed toward the inclined surface of the head; and an additional sleeve (20) including a catching projection (224) protruding toward the wall hole (300).

CONSTITUTION: A sleeve forming method for an anchor bolt is as follows. An anchor bolt is composed of a bolt and a cylindrical sleeve(200) . The front and rear ends(221a,222a) of a cut plate-shaped metal piece are cut in a zigzag shape. The front and rear ends of the cylindrical sleeve are cut in a zigzag shape. Protrusions(224) are formed in the sleeve in order to easily expand the cylindrical sleeve when the sleeve is expanded by the inclined head(211) of the bolt.

    • PURPOSE: A set anchor bolt is provided to prevent the rotation of a bolt when coupling a nut by employing an idle prevention unit on a bolt head and a socket. CONSTITUTION: A set anchor bolt comprises a bolt(105), a socket(108), and an idle prevention unit(110). The bolt has an angled head(102) on an end thereof which is inserted in a mounting hole formed in a wall, a shaft part(103), and a thread part(104). The socket is formed with a plurality of slots(107) in the radial direction so that the diameter of the socket is extended by the head which is pulled with a nut(106) coupled to the thread part and the socket is tightly fitted to the mounting hole. The idle prevention unit is provided on the bolt and the socket in order to prevent idling of the bolt when coupling the bolt with the nut.
