A polybutadiene rubber nanocomposite material having a high 1,4-cis content is obtained by the method comprising the steps of: modifying the end of polybutadiene having a high 1,4-cis content prepared in the presence of a polymerization catalyst into a polybutadiene-polyurethane copolymer having a high 1,4-cis content by adding an isocyanate derivative and alcohol; and mixing 100 parts by weight of the modified rubber with 1-20 parts by weight of demineralized layered clay and 1-50 parts by weight of processing oil so that the clay is dispersed and swelled.
