    • PURPOSE: A punch press having a machine sensor is provided to prevent the molding failure and improve the productivity by variously setting up the depth of hole or bent surface in the workpiece. CONSTITUTION: A punch press having a machine comprises a body portion(10), a punching portion(20), a guide member(30), an operating member(40), and a sensor unit(100). The supporting member(17) in which workpiece is placed is installed in the body portion. The punching portion is installed at the rotary shaft(15) in the top of the body portion and is moved perpendicularly. The guide portion is installed in top of the body portion in order that the guide member surrounds the periphery of the punching portion. The guide member slidingly supports the punching portion. The operating member is installed at the one end of the rotary shaft in the top of the body portion. The operating member is rotated to the upper/ lower. The movement of the punching portion is controlled. The sensor unit is installed in the rotary shaft of the opposite end portion from the operating member. The sensor unit is rotated with the rotation of the operating member and measures the depth of punching.

    • PURPOSE: A motor-driven power piston is provided to prevent cavitation since a plurality of auxiliary cylinders to prevent the generation of bubbles are installed on one side of a cylinder body. CONSTITUTION: A motor-driven power piston comprises a cylinder body(10), a high-pressure piston(20), a piston rod(30), a first pressure spring(41), a low-pressure middle piston(50), a low-pressure back piston(60) and a press head piston(70). A middle block with a central inlet hole is installed in the cylinder body. The cylinder body is divided into a front operating space and a back operating space around the middle block. The high-pressure piston is installed in the front operating space and a through hole is formed on the center of the high-pressure piston. The high-pressure piston reciprocates by hydraulic fluid flowing through the inlet hole of the middle block.
