摘要： PURPOSE: A sludge drying and pulverizing apparatus is provided to reduce environmental pollution by evaporating moisture on the surface of sludge and reducing the weight of the sludge. CONSTITUTION: A sludge drying and pulverizing apparatus includes a chamber(110), a rotary unit(120), multi-layered partitions(130), a container-shaped separation unit(140), a separation partition, a moisture outlet(143), and a dried sludge outlet(142). The rotary unit rotates at 2000 to 6000rpm to generate rising vortex by mixing and pulverizing sludge and air. The multi-layered partitions are formed at the upper part of the chamber and exhaust the mixed air and sludge in the form of meander. The separation unit separates vapor and dried sludge. The separating partition is vertically extended to support the separation. The moisture outlet exhausts the vapor, and the dried sludge outlet exhausts the dried sludge.
