    • 본발명은함정의배관내에서발생하는소음을측정하고, 상기소음을억제할수 있는제어신호를발생시켜능동적으로소음이저감되도록하는배관내부의유체를매질로하는소음의능동소음제어장치및 방법에관한것이다. 본발명에따른배관내부의유체를매질로하는소음의능동소음제어장치는, 함정의내부에서유체가유동하는배관(P)에서로이격되게설치되는한 쌍의소음측정센서(11)(12)와, 상기소음측정센서(11)(12)에서감지한신호에서함정외부로전파되는진행신호와배관의단부로부터반사되는반사신호를분리하는방향성신호분리부(21)와, 상기방향성신호분리부(21)에서분리된소음신호에서제어신호를보상하여주소음신호를복원하는음향피드백신호보정부(25)와, 케스케이드방식으로배열된복수의놋치필터를이용하여시간도메인에서복원된소음신호의주파수성분을추정하는주파수추정부(22)와, 추정된주파수를이용하여소음제어를위한참조신호를생성하는참조신호생성부(23)와, 복수의적응필터를구비하고상기적응필터를이용하여잔여소음신호와생성된참조신호를이용하여제어신호를생성하는제어신호생성부(24)와, 상기제어신호생성부(24)에서출력된신호를상기배관(P)으로방사하는제어소음발생부(26)를포함한다.

    • PURPOSE: A solid propellant composition using dual curing system is provided to ensure mechanical property with high energy. CONSTITUTION: A propellant composition contains a prepolymer, a curing agent, and an oxidant. The prepolymer has a hydroxyl group at the end of a chain and has an azide group as a branch chain. The curing agent includes a triazole curing agent and a urethane curing agent. The propellant composition further contains a stabilizing agent, metal fuel, and a plasticizer. The propellant composition contains 10-40 wt% of the prepolymer, 0.1-10 wt% of the curing agent, 20-80 wt% of the oxidant, 0.01-1 wt% of the stabilizing agent, 0-50 wt% of metal fuel, and 0-20 wt% of the plasticizer.

    • PURPOSE: An insensitive solid propellant composition is provided to provide a solid propellant composition which dull reaction towards impacts and thermal reactions by including hydroxy-terminated polyether(HTPE), N-butyl-(2-nitratoethyl)nitramine(BuNENA) and ammonium perchlorate(AP). CONSTITUTION: An insensitive solid propellant composition comprises 5-10 wt% of one or more selected from the terminal part of hydroxyl polyether and terminal part of hydroxyl poIycaprolactone ether as a binder, 5-15 wt% of 5-15 wt% of N-butyl-N-(2- nitrato ethyl)nitramine as a plasticizer, 10-70 wt% of ammonium perchlorate as a main oxidizer, 10-30 wt% of ammonium nitrate as a sub-oxidizer, and 1-30 wt% of one selected from Al compound, Zr compound, iron compound and B compound. The insensitive solid propellant composition additionally includes one or more hardeners selected from isophorone diisocyanate and polyfunctional aliphatic isocyanate. The insensitive solid propellant composition additionally includes N-methyl -p- nitroaniline or 2- nitrodiphenylamine.

    • A polymeric bonding agent for composite solid propellent is provided to increase mutual bonding between filler and binder and to improve mechanical properties of the propellent by comprising terpolymer based on acrylonitrile or methacrylonitrile, 2-hydroxyethylacrylate or 2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate, acrylic acid or methacrylic acid, and carboxylic functional group hydrogen bonded to nitramine oxidant. The polymeric bonding agent includes polymer having carboxylic acid functional group capable of hydrogen bonding to nitramine oxidant and, comprises terpolymer containing: 0.3-15.0wt.% of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid; 10.0-30.0wt.% of 2-hydroxyacrylate or 2-hydroxymethacrylate; and 45.0-89.7wt.% of acrylonitrile or methacrylonitrile. The bonding agent has number average molecular weight ranging from 3,0000 to 100,000. The solid propellent includes nitramine oxidant and uses the polymeric bonding agent.
