摘要： Provided are a stilbene derivative compound having particular substituent groups at determined positions to have fine compatibility with resin to be attached and to show predetermined sensitivity for long term, a process for preparation of the stilbene derivative, and an electrographic photoconductor containing the same. The stilbene derivative compound is represented by the following formula(1) (wherein A is divalent organic group having a principal frame of aromatic hydrocarbon; R1 to R7 are independently substitutents such as hydrogen atom, halogen atom, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl having C1-C20, substituted or unsubstituted halogenated alkyl group, substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group having C1-C20, substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having C6-C30, substituted or unsubstituted amino group; and any two among R1 to R7 are combined or condensed to form a carbon ring structure, Ar1 to Ar7 are independently and substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having C6-C30; a and b each are integer of 0 to 4, c is an integer of 1 to 3. But, when A is divalent organic group represented by the following formula(2), at least one of R1 and R5 is a substituent other than hydrogen atom while at least one of R1 to R7 being a substituent other than hydrogen atom if A is not divalent organic group of the formula(2)).
