    • PURPOSE: A transcription factor-bipodal peptide binder (TF-BPB) is provided to be used as a medicine and an escort molecule and for in vivo molecular imaging and targeting for drug delivery. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a TF-BPB which specifically binds to TF comprises the steps of: providing a TF-BPB library containing TF-target binding region I and TF-target binding region II; making the library and TF as a target come in contact; and selecting TF-conjugated TF-BPB.
