    • PURPOSE: An AR system having an SFM for recognizing images and texts, an apparatus thereof, a system thereof or an AR implementation method using the apparatus are provided to decide the type of the SFM by using a difference between the horizontal and vertical lengths of the SFM including a marker frame. CONSTITUTION: An SFM(Simple Frame Marker)(110) includes a marker(111) for symbolizing the natural view of AR(Augmented Reality) environment and a marker frame(112) having information about the location/posture of the marker as surrounding the marker. An SFM type determiner(121) determines the type of the marker according to a difference between the horizontal and vertical lengths of the marker frame. An SFM tracker(123) tracks the posture of the recognized marker by using the information about the posture of the marker stored in the marker frame. An image processing unit(130) is linked to an SFM recognition unit(122) and the SFM tracker, and augments a natural image in the location of the SFM.

    • A remote control system using a natural image based user interface, a remote control device, and a method thereof are provided to control a target by using a user interface based on an actual image or an actual interface of a target for control, thereby instinctively controlling various information apparatuses which are targets. A remote control system(100) comprises a target(120), a target server(140) and a remote control console(110). The target is a target for control. The target server stores a natural video based user interface formed by the same image as a physical interface of the target. The remote control console discovers a target. And the remote control console obtains the natural video based user interface from the target server by receiving information about the target server storing the NVUI of the target and target ID from the target. The remote control console controls the target by using the NVUI.

    • PURPOSE: A method and a device for controlling the direction sound source of a listening space are provided to achieve maximum acoustics by performing only minimum controlling operation. CONSTITUTION: A listening/non-listening space establishing unit(110) establishes a listening space or a non-listening space according to the position of a listening. The listening/non-listening space establishing unit selects the number and the position of the sound sources to use for outputting acoustics. An acoustic energy calculator(130) calculates the sound energy of the listening space and the non-listening space and the total amount of the sound energy of an acoustic signal inputted to the selected sound source. A sound source vector calculator(150) maximizes the difference in the sound energy of the listening space and the non-listening space. The sound source vector calculator minimizes the total amount of the sound energy of the acoustic signal inputted to the selected sound source. A sound pressure and phase controller(170) controls the sound pressure and the phase of the selected sound source according to the optimal sound source vector.
