    • 인터디지털및 나선형주파수선택결합구조를사용한소형대역차단필터가개시된다. 인터디지털및 나선형주파수선택결합구조(FSCS)를사용한소형대역차단필터(BSF)는기판상에전면에는개방회로공진기(open circuit resonator)가있는 1/4 파장주파수선택결합구조(FSCS, frequency-selecting coupling structure)를가진신호라인(signal line)으로사용되는마이크로스트립구조의대역차단필터(BSF, bandstop filter)와, 후면에는동박으로된 접지(GND), 좌우측면에각각전송라인의 50Ω커넥터를구비하며, 상기대역차단필터(BSF)는기판상에형성되고, 짝수-모드(even-mode) 신호또는홀수-모드(odd-mode) 신호를입력받는좌측입력부; 상기입력부와연결되며, 빚형상의좌우측이빈 공간마다서로체결되는빚 라인(comb line) 구조로써커플링이발생하는상측부와그 하측부를구비하며, 개방회로공진기(open circuit resonator)가있는 1/4 파장주파수선택결합구조(FSCS, frequency-selecting coupling structure)를가진신호라인(signal line)으로사용되는마이크로스트립인터디지털구조(interdigital structure)로커플링되어 L,C 값이조절되어인터디지털구조부; 및상기인터디지털구조부와연결되며, 대역차단필터(BSF)의신호를출력하는우측출력부를포함한다.

    • A micro-strip ring resonator is provided to improve a coupling efficiency by increasing capacitance and equivalent capacitance, thereby enhancing the quality of the resonator. A micro-strip split ring resonator includes a first H-shaped micro-strip signal line(13) having a first opened slit at one end and a closed slit at the other end, a second H-shaped micro-strip signal line(14) having an inner cap(31) spaced apart from the first micro-strip signal line, and a second opened slit formed on the second micro-strip signal line opposite to the first opened slit. A coupling intensity of the first and second micro-strip signal lines is increased by the first and second opened slits or the inner cap.

    • A broad band frequency synthesizer is provided to improve phase noise by installing a plurality of frequency down-converting mixers between a voltage controlled oscillator and a programmable 1/N frequency divider. A high-frequency phase locked loop(520) includes a programmable 1/N frequency divider(526), a high-frequency phase detector(522), a charge pump(523), a high-frequency loop filter(524), and a voltage controlled oscillator(525). A low-frequency phase locked loop(530) includes a programmable 1/N frequency divider(536), a low-frequency phase detector(532), a charge pump(533), a low-frequency loop filter(534), and a voltage controlled oscillator(535). A direct oscillator(510) applies a reference frequency to each of the phase detectors. A switching unit(540) is installed between an output terminal of each voltage controlled oscillators and each frequency divider. A frequency mixer(550) is installed between the switching unit and the low-frequency phase locked loop in order to divide an output signal of each voltage controlled oscillators and remove a spurious signal.
