    • PURPOSE: A high frequency electromagnetic apparatus is provided which is capable of effectively forming an induced electromagnetic field due to high frequency by forming a certain gap between conductor coil and plating pot surface, thereby suppressing direct heating of the conductor coil by plating pot. CONSTITUTION: The high frequency electromagnetic apparatus for controlling coating weight in continuous hot dip coating process for wire rod comprises a cylindrical chamber(11) on the upper part of which ring shaped flange (F) directed to the central side is extended perpendicularly to the side wall; a pipe type gas exhaust pipe(12) positioned at the center of the cylindrical chamber(11); a cylindrical coil bracket(13) the inner circumferential surface of which is closely adhered to the outer circumferential surface of the gas exhaust pipe(12), and on upper and lower end parts of which flanges (F',F') are outwardly extended perpendicularly to the side wall; a conductor coil(14) which is consisted of a metal tube wound around the outer circumferential surface of the coil bracket(13) so that hollow of the conductor coil(14) becomes a cooling water passageway (C), and both end parts of which are extended to the outer part of the coil bracket(13) to form cooling water supply and drain pipes(1,0); a cooling water supply unit connected to the cooling water supply and drain pipes(1,0) of the conductor coil(14); a high frequency power supply part(19) for supplying high frequency current through both end parts of the conductor coil(14); a cylindrical plug(15) which seals a space between the coil bracket(13) and cylindrical chamber(11), and on the upper part of which a flange (F") is extended outwardly a ring shaped seal ring(17) cohesively interposed between the upper surface of the flange (F) in the upper part of the chamber and the lower surface of the flange (F") in the upper part of the plug(15); and a plurality of gas supply pipes(16) projected from the lower surface of the plug after passing through the plug(15) from the upper surface of the plug.

      본 발명의 방법은, 금속(12) 상면 직상 1∼50mm 위치에 가교되지 않은 고무(13)를 배치하는 단계와; 상·하로 배치된 금속(12)과 고무(13)를, 1토르 이하의 진공 분위기 중에서 50∼300℃ 범위로 가열하여 금속(12) 표면에 금속-황 화합물이 형성되도록 하는 단계와; 금속-황 화합물을 분석하는 단계로 이루어진다.
      본 발명의 분석 방법은, 금속 표면에 결합된 고무를 제거시 초래되는 접착계면의 손상에 기인하는 분석의 부정확성과, 분석 면적 부족에 따른 불충분한 분석량에 대한 단점이 해소되며, 다양한 형태의 금속-고무 접착계면에 대한 모사가 가능한 장점이 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a steel cord forms a brass plating layer made from 60¯70 wt% of copper and 30¯40 wt% of zinc to the surface and twists a plurality of brass plating filaments cold-drawing a high carbon steel wire having 0.6¯0.85 wt% of carbon. A surface treatment method of the steel cord for improving aging adhesive force is composed of steps of removing foreign materials attached on the surface of the steel cord and degreasing the steel cord by submerging and passing the steel cord through a degreasing tank filled with a volatile solvent and arranged with a brushing roll; air-blowing the surface after submerging and passing the steel cord through a washing tank; submerging and passing the steel cord of which foreign materials of the surface are removed and degreased, in a surface treatment solution formed by dissolving at least one of thiazole, imidazole, or oxazole derivatives having at least one thiol and amino group in the molecule in the volatile solvent; and drying the steel cord coated with the surface treatment solution.
