    • PURPOSE: A protein and gene which regulates disease-resistance of a plant is provided to control immunity to plant pathogen in a plant. CONSTITUTION: A composition for regulating plant immunity contains a protein having an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. A composition contains a gene encoding the protein of sequence number 1. The gene sequence is denoted by sequence number 2. The immune reaction is an immune reaction to fungal toxin and plant pathogen. The fungal toxin is Fumonisin B 1 (FB1). The plant pathogen is Alternaria brassicicola or Pseudomonas syringae. A transgenic plant of plant disease-resistance is obtained by transforming a promoter which is active in plants and nucleotide sequence with a fusion gene.
    • 目的:提供调节植物抗病性的蛋白质和基因,以控制植物对植物病原体的免疫力。 构成:用于调节植物免疫的组合物含有具有序列号1的氨基酸序列的蛋白质。组合物含有编码序列号1的蛋白质的基因。基因序列由序列号2表示。免疫反应是免疫的 对真菌毒素和植物病原体的反应。 真菌毒素是Fumonisin B 1(FB1)。 植物病原体是链格孢(Alternaria brassicicola)或丁香假单胞菌(Pseudomonas syringae)。 通过用融合基因转化在植物中具有活性的启动子和核苷酸序列获得植物抗病性的转基因植物。
