摘要： PURPOSE: A liquid touch screen panel is provided to establish various touch inputting modes by detecting external stimulation based on the quantity of electric charges which change according to external stimulation applied to a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A second substrate(103) faces a first substrate(102). An electrode pattern part(101) is arranged on the upper side of the second substrate. A liquid crystal layer(104) is composed of liquid crystal molecules interposed between the electrode pattern part and the first substrate. The liquid crystal molecules of the liquid crystal layer changes the quantity of charges due to flexoelectric effect and piezoelectric effect due to external stimulation applied to the first substrate. Based on the changed quantity of charges, the external stimulation applied to the first substrate is detected.
