    • PURPOSE: Provided are a composition of polyurethane foam excellent in shielding for magnetic field of electromagnetic wave, and a method for preparing the polyurethane foam. CONSTITUTION: The composition is produced by quantitatively mixing 5-50 parts by weight of electromagnetic absorber(any one of Mn-Zn-, Ni-Zn-, Mg-Zn-, Mg-Cu-Zn-ferrite) having particle size of 0.1-10 micrometer, which is coated with 0.5-3.0 wt% of fatty acid sealant, into a material consisting of 50-75 parts by weight of toluene di-isocyanate(TDI), 1-3 parts by weight of polyalkyleneoxidemethyl or siloxane copolymer(silicone), 3-15 parts by weight of methylene chloride(MC), 0.2-0.6 parts by weight of tin catalyst(stannous octoate), 0.1-0.2 parts by weight of amine catalyst(bis-dimethylaminoethyl-ether) and 3-10 parts by weight of H2O(wherein the parts by weight is based on 100 parts by weight of polypropylene glycol).

    • PURPOSE: A water-soluble adhesive composition, a water-soluble adhesive prepared by using the composition and their preparation methods are provided, wherein the adhesive has an electric field screening effect and an antifungicidal effect. CONSTITUTION: The water-soluble adhesive composition is prepared by injecting 45-65 wt% of water into a reaction tank and heating it to 60-90 deg.C; injecting 2-8 wt% of poly(vinyl alcohol) to the tank slowly with stirring the tank; injecting 5-20 wt% of conductive carbon black powder with a particle size of 0.1-5 micrometers to the tank slowly and stirring it for 10 hours or more to disperse the carbon black; injecting 0.3-3 wt% of antibacterial ceramic with a particle size of 1-5 micrometers comprising Ag-zeolite, Cr-zeolite, Zn-zeolite, Ag-Zn-zeolite, Ag-Ca-phosphate and Ag-Zr-phosphate, to the tank; and injecting 30-40 wt% of a vinyl acetate monomer, 0.05-3 wt% of nonylphenol (NP40) as a surfactant and 3-9 wt% of dibutyl phthalate as a plasticizer to the tank sequentially.

    • 본 고안은 전자파를 흡수할 수 있는 카드에 관한 것으로서, 카드제조시 전자파 흡수물질을 이용하여 이동 통신 단말기 및 기지국, 각종 전기/전자제품에서 발산되는 전자파를 일부분 흡수시켜서 전자파가 인체에 미치는 영향을 줄일 수 있는 제품을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
      이를 실현하기 위하여 본 고안은 열가소성수지(PVC, PP, PE, PU 중 어느 하나)에 5∼45중량%의 전자파 흡수물질(Mn-Zn-, Ni-Zn-, Cu-Zn-, Cu-Zn-Mg-, Mn-Mg-Al, Mg-Zn-, YIG계 ferrite, BaTiO
      3 , SrTiO
      3 중 어느 하나)을 혼합하여 시트로 제조하고, 이것은 적층(라미네이팅)공정을 통하여 여러 겹으로 이루진 카드로 제조되는 공정으로 이루어진다. 이에 따라 제조된 전자파 흡수층으로 이루진 전자파 흡수 카드는 각종 전자 기기 등에서 발산되는 전자파를 흡수한 후 미열로써 자체 소멸시킴과 동시에 균에 대한 항균력을 갖게 되는 이점이 있고, 흰색으로 된 바탕층에는 다양한 로고와 같은 사용자가 인쇄하고자 하는 모양이나 글씨 등이 포함된 카드로의 제작이 가능하다.
